The logistics

The following will be provided for you:

  • The furnished room

  • Refreshments for your clients (tea and chocolates)

  • Basic supplies in common areas (dishes, microwave, soap, etc)

  • Parking for you and your clients

  • Wi-Fi

  • A listing on the Woodward Health website, with the option to write as many promotional blog posts as you like

You will be in charge of:

  • The administrative aspect, including bookings, client files, collecting payments, communication with clients, etc.

  • Providing your own supplies

  • Your own marketing (if applicable) - while the team does refer clients among colleagues, Woodward Health doesn't take on the role of filling practitioner schedules

  • No commissions or income splits - you pay a flat rate rent, and all earnings are entirely yours

  • No minimum time commitment - rent is on a month to month basis

  • No shared files means more privacy for your clients

  • Make your own schedule within your allotted day(s)

  • Community and support among practitioners

The space

The room is already in use on some days of the week but may still be available on select days.

  • The room has a therapist chair, a loveseat, and a desk

  • Ideal for a Psychotherapist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Nutritionist

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I rent a treatment room on a one-off basis?

Woodward Health is set up for month-to-month rent. One-off rentals are not available.

Can I rent a treatment room for only part of a day each week instead of a full day?

On your allotted day(s), you have access to the room from 12:00AM until 11:59PM. You can choose to work as many or as little of those hours as you'd like. Split day rentals are not available.

Can I rent a treatment room for my subcontractors to use?

Our lease with the building's landlord only permits the individual named on the rental agreement to make use of the space. You may only rent a treatment room for yourself to use.
