My approach is compassionate and trauma-informed. How you experience your symptoms and imbalances is more important to me than whether you have a diagnosis. I meet you where you are in your health journey. Together, we'll come up with a treatment plan that feels manageable for you.

I combine scientific knowledge with a holistic perspective to bring you well-rounded care. I have an educational background in Psychology, Natural Nutrition, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I’m here to work with you to discover a path toward healing. Sometimes, when we feel stuck in our situation, having someone assist us to navigate these challenges in a nonjudgmental, supportive space can open the door to self-reflection. This can help us understand how we’ve arrived at this point and envision a more fulfilling future. My role is to help you process painful memories and emotions, explore patterns you feel stuck in, and find new ways to navigate the challenges you face.

I hold an MA in Counselling and Spirituality and have completed specialized training in trauma, Brainspotting, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, and suicide intervention. I work with individuals, couples, and families, using a blend of therapeutic modalities to provide holistic care tailored to your unique needs.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, heard, and valued. Together, we can explore the patterns, memories, and relational dynamics that are hindering your ability to heal and move forward.
